RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Alard-Huxley operates a 'Not Red Don't Shoot' policy when encountering other pilots. Should a member of the corporation suffer a hostile action at the hands of a 'neutral' or 'friendly' pilot; both the pilot and the corporation he or she is a member of will incur a substantial standings loss with Alard-Huxley. In most cases this will result in the pilot and corporation being flagged as RED for the purposes of determining the rules of engagement. If the transgression was carried out in error we recommend that you contact us immediately to discuss opportunities for reconcilliation.
REPARATIONS PROGRAM
Alard-Huxley understands that mistakes can happen from time to time. Examples are the unintended lock on and engagement of one of our ships or a misunderstanding over the ownership of cargo left in space. For situations like this, we operate a 'like for like' compensation policy. This gives potential pilots and corporations the opportunity to retrospectively 'opt-out' of the misdemeanour by replacing any items that have been damaged or destroyed as a result of the action plus an administration fee based on the amount of inconvenience caused to us. In a case where items cannot be replaced, financial compensation will be accepted.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees relevant to the time and effort needed to acquire replacement goods.
If we have been the victim of a 'mistake' by you or one of your pilots and you would like to reconcile under our reparations program please contact Isiah Alard-Huxley set up a plan today. Please be aware that any standings loss currently in effect as a result of a misdemeanour cannot be rectified until a reparation plan has been established.
